How to get here

Orvieto is located halfway between Florence and Rome, and two hours from Rome Fiumicino International Airport.
The city is located on top of a 330-meter cliff, accessible by a funicular train, or two steep roads that climb in serpentines up to the town.

1. Appartamento il Gelsomino (2-6)
Privately owned appartment right in the city centre. Features 3 bedrooms, 2 sitting rooms/diners, kitchen.
At around 100 EUR per night a good deal for a whole appartment, clean and in the very heart of Orvieto. We liked it a lot.

2. Hotel La Posta
Hostel style hotel, very basic accomodation. Shared bathroom / shower. Cheap, very very central and clean.
